Warranties

  1. Making A Claim — Any component found to be defective in materials or workmanship within the warranty period will be repaired free of charge when returned to our premises at 10 Jersey Road Bayswater, VIC 3153.The purchaser is required to return this registration form within 28 days from purchase date.In the event of a claim your ute cover must be accompanied by proof of purchase receipt.Please ensure you retain your receipt with your order.This warranty does not include transport and insurance charges. It is the customers responsibility to organize and pay return postage. We recommend Pack and Send, as Australia Post will not accept it due to the box being over-sized.
  2. ClipOn Tonneau Covers — ClipOn Tonneau Covers must be carefully folded into triangles and rolled to avoid damaging any plastics and returned in their original box and condition. Please follow the “Folding a ClipOn Tonneau Cover into corners and rolling it up” link at the bottom of this page to see how to correctly roll the ClipOn Tonneau Cover up to avoid damaging the plastics. If the plastics or ClipOn Tonneau Cover are damaged due to being incorrectly packaged it will void your warranty.   3. Bunji Tonneau Covers — Bunji Tonneau Covers must have their Bunji loops angled to the inside of the Tonneau Cover, folded at 1/3 of the width and then rolled. Please follow the “Folding and rolling up your Bunji Tonneau Cover” link at the bottom of this page to see how to fold and roll up the Bunji Tonneau Cover to avoid damaging the Bunji loops. If the Bunji loops or Bunji Tonneau Cover are damaged due to being incorrectly packaged it will void your warranty.   4. Voiding Your Warranty — This warranty is void if the product has been damaged by an accident, abuse, negligence, mishandling or by violent atmospheric conditions.
  5. Legal Responsibility — Perth Ute Covers takes no legal responsibility for injuries or deaths associated with the cover.
  6. Load Restraint — Ute covers are NOT to be used as a load restraint.
