Our covers are manufacturing by a company based in Bayswater, Melbourne, Victoria.

Delivery Information
We offer free shipping for all soft covers to mainland Australia.
Manufacturing (pre-shipping) periods:
- 5-10 business days.
Estimated delivery times:
- 10 – 15 business days after dispatch.
Soft covers are made to order. When ready, items leave our Victorian factory at the end of each business day (9 am to 5 pm).
Deliveries are not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.
- If for any reason your item has been lost or damaged during transport we will supply you with a replacement free of charge, and will deliver your replacement ASAP.
- Pick up option are not available, freight delivery only.
- Unless you allow an authority to leave during checkout, we will require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure the address you provide has someone available to receive your item. If no one is available to receive the item and an authority to leave has been agreed, then the item will be left at the front door. Perth Ute Covers takes no responsibility for items left in this manner. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to take delivery.
- If your item has not been delivered within the estimated time frame please contact us immediately, we will chase it up with the freight company ASAP for you.
- It is the buyers responsibility to provide us with correct and current delivery address in checkout prior to payment.
- Items will only be dispatched once full payment and checkout has been cleared. We do not carry items in stock so please allow time for production.
Returns Information
If the issue with the cover is how it fits please email sales@perthutecovers.com.au photos of your VIN plate and where the fitting issue is. Please also email us what the problem is, being as descriptive as possible so we can help to identify and resolve the problem.
- Please note no returns will be accepted without a correct return ID number written clearly on the box.
- All covers must be returned with all parts and accessories in their original condition.
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date delivered which is confirmed by our freight company.
- We do not accept returns due to change of mind.
ClipOn Tonneau Covers must be carefully folded into triangles and rolled to avoid damaging any plastics and returned in their original box and condition. If the plastics or ClipOn Tonneau Cover are damaged it will void your refund.
Bunji Tonneau Covers must have their Bunji loops angled to the inside of the Tonneau Cover, folded at 1/3 of the width and then rolled. If the Bunji loops or Bunji Tonneau Cover are damaged it will void your refund.
It is the customers responsibility to organise and pay return postage. We recommend ‘Pack and Send’, as Australia Post will not accept it due to the box being over-sized.
You will not be charged any restocking fees for items returned due to freight damages, defects with the product, or not-as-described in the product listing. Any mistakes made by Perth Ute Covers will be resolved at no cost to the buyer and postage fees will be covered. If you suspect the Tonneau Cover has been delivered damaged please send a photo of the package to our sales team at sales@perthutecovers.com.au before the package is opened and within 24 hours of receiving the package.
Accepted returns will be refunded by the same method in which you paid.
Refunds will only be issued once the Tonneau Cover has returned to our manufacturer in Victoria, is of resale condition, is folded as per our instructions above and includes all parts and accessories.
