Returns

  1. Return Authority — Please note no returns will be accepted without a correct return ID number written clearly on the box.
  2. Accepting Returns — Items must be returned within 30 days from the date delivered which is confirmed by our freight company. All covers must be returned with all parts and accessories in their original condition.
  3. Fit — If the issue with the cover is how it fits please email sales@perthutecovers.com.au photos of your VIN plate and where the fitting issue is. Please also email us what the problem is, being as descriptive as possible so we can help to identify and resolve the problem.
  4. Custom Tray Tonneaus — We do not accept returns due to change of mind for custom tonneau covers for trays.
  5. Clip On Returns — ClipOn Tonneau Covers must be carefully folded into triangles and rolled to avoid damaging any plastics and returned in their original box and condition. Please follow the “Folding a ClipOn Tonneau Cover into corners and rolling it up” link at the bottom of this page to see how to correctly roll the ClipOn Tonneau Cover up to avoid damaging the plastics. If the plastics or ClipOn Tonneau Cover are damaged it will void your refund. For folding instructions see video: https://youtu.be/bePWMBn3dlg
  6. Bunji Returns — Bunji Tonneau Covers must have their Bunji loops angled to the inside of the Tonneau Cover, folded at 1/3 of the width and then rolled. Please follow the “Folding and rolling up your Bunji Tonneau Cover” link at the bottom of this page to see how to fold and roll up the Bunji Tonneau Cover to avoid damaging the Bunji loops.   7. Return Postage — It is the customers responsibility to organize and pay return postage. We recommend Pack and Send, as Australia Post will not accept it due to the box being over-sized.
  8. Restocking Fees — You will not be charged any restocking fees for items returned due to freight damages, defects with the product, or not-as-described in the product listing. Any mistakes made by Perth Ute Covers will be resolved at no cost to the buyer and postage fees will be covered. If you suspect the Tonneau Cover has been delivered damaged please send a photo of the package to our sales team at sales@perthutecovers.com.au before the package is opened and within 24 hours of receiving the package.
  9. Refunding Payments — Accepted returns will be refunded by the same method in which you paid. Refunds will only be issued once the Tonneau Cover has returned to our factory, is of resale condition, is folded as per our instructions above and includes all parts and accessories.
